I`m Healthy, I`m Healthy NOT

Have you ever heard the saying, "You are what you eat". Well it`s true! There are 3 types of body types that include : Ectomorph, which is people are generally thin or slender. These are the people who can eat a ten man army and not gain any pounds. The 2nd type of body type is called endomorph or curvy ectomorph. They are persons that need a little more work to see muscle definition,but what`s wrong with curves! The last body type is called mesomorph  who were born with muscles! They are the ones with the muscle definition and get quick results. "The important thing is to get your shape in shape"as Tyra Banks said.
