I have just finished reading Friedrich by Hans Peter Richter.This book takes place during the early 1930s during WWII about a boy and his Jewish friend Friedrich who grow up during this time period.So have a little back-round knowledge to understand the book. I absolutely love and adore this book because it`s thrilling, honest, and overall wonderful. This book has an ending that will even shock the unshakable, pure genius! I would recommend this book for people that are a little older and mature just because there are some mature things in the book, and sometimes younger children don`t understand what`s going on.
